BEALE AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- 10th Air Force Commander, Air Force Reservist Brig. Gen. Thomas Coon, receives the 940th Air Refueling Wing flag from 940th ARW Command Chief Hilton "Anthony" Armstrong to give to Col. Jeffrey Mineo for the assumption of command of the 940th ARW Sept. 13, 2008. The ceremony officially ended the aerial refueling operations for the 940th ARW by deactivating the 940th Maintenance Group and 314th Air Refueling Squadron, which flew the KC-135 Stratotankers. Col.
